The various floorplan setup options can be viewed below. You should pick 1 main hall layout to combine with 1 balcony layout. Any of these layouts can easily be altered/customized by you on the day of your event.
Once you have chosen your floorplans, simply let us know and we will add your selections to your file! We request that you pick your floorplans a minumum of 14 days prior to your event.
These layouts do not show head tables. With all the options and sizes for head tables, we generally add those to the floor plan a few days prior to your event.
Note: Set up of tables and chairs is included in our event pricing, however, Union 12 staff does not participate in any floorplan alterations/customizations after it is set up. Please be sure to bring the necessary help on your event day if you wish to make alterations to the your final floor plan The tables and chairs are very lightweight and moving them around is quite simple and easy.
