HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

  • 1. Find your Dream Date

    Use the calendar above to find your dream date for your event. Any green dates are available and red dates are booked. When you click on a green date, it will show you the pricing for that date. 

  • 2. Request Your Date

    Once you've found the perfect date, click on the date you'd like and underneath the calendar click "Book Now." This does not secure your date, but it does put a tentative hold on the date. The date will go red in the live calendar, and our staff will be reaching out with next steps.

  • 3. Check Your Email

    Check your email! Within 1 business day, we will  email you over your contract and invoice. 

  • 4. Sign and Pay

    We are almost there! At this point, you will have your very own personalized Honeybook account. HoneyBook is where we do all our communication with our couples! Log into your account and review the contracts and invoice. You have 5 days to sign and pay your invoice to officially lock in the date! Remember, we do not offer any refunds, so make sure all the information is correct.


    You should have received a facility contract, an invoice, and two other documents that you need to sign. You have 5 days to sign and pay your invoice to lock this date in as yours (we do not do any refunds, so just make sure this is for sure the date you want)! 

  • 5. Start Planning

    You now have your date and venue locked in and it's time to start planning. Let us know if any questions come up in the planning process.

Union 12 does not charge extra fees. We do not charge fees for: vendors, bridal home use, table and chair rental, trash removal, set up, cleaning fees, or automatic gratuity! The price that you see above is your all-in cost for the entire venue. 

 

Deposit Information:

The deposit amount is 50% of the rental fee, Indiana sales tax (7%) and a $500 fully damage deposit. If there is not any damage to the property, the damage deposit will be returned 5-10 business days after the event.

 

Check, Cash, or Electronic Bank Transfer are the acceptable forms of payment. Credit card is also an option, however, a 4% processing fee will be applied. If you choose to mail in a check, please make those out to “Union 12” and send to the address below:

The final payment for the venue is due 180 days (6 months) prior to your event.
