Join us on May 29th for our 𝗽𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗱 Food Truck Night! We will have pet vendors here (dog treats, bandanas, pet name tags, pet themed items, nail trims, & pup cups), so make sure to bring your furry friends! 🐶

June 12 - First Responder Night with Unlikely Alibi
Join us for a special evening dedicated to honoring our local heroes at our First Responders Food Truck Night. 👮♀️ 🔥 🚨
In appreciation of our local First Responders, we're extending a token of gratitude. Simply present your ID/badge at the Union 12 booth near the food trucks to receive a complimentary drink ticket paid for by MBN Properties.

Calling all teachers! We look forward to honoring all teachers for their hard work and dedication with a Teacher Appreciation Night! 👩🏫 🍎
Join us for an evening filled with food trucks, live music, and shopping vendors offering teacher-themed items and gifts. As a token of our gratitude, all teachers will receive a complimentary drink from MBN Properties at the Union 12 bar!

Come join us for another Food Truck Night! We will have live music (Hubie Ashcraft), drinks, shopping, and of course, food trucks!

July 3 - Team USA/Military Appreciation with Mason Dixon Line
Come out to Union 12 from 5:00-9:00 PM on July 3rd for our Team USA;/Military Appreciation Night. Mason Dixon Line Band will be providing the tunes for this event 🎵
As a token of our gratitude, all active military or veterans will receive a complimentary drink from MBN Properties at the Union 12 bar when they show their military ID at our concession booth.

July 10 - Princess Night with Rylie Lynn Music
Join us for Princess Night at Union 12 from 5-9 PM! 👸 Elsa & Ana will be doing a storytime at 5:30 PM followed by a meet and greet until 7:30 PM.
Belle Beauty Onsite Hair and Makeup will be onsite offering complimentary braids or a bun to make your little's feel like a princess!
